• PREMIER LEAGUE


    A full body contact league consisting of players who represent Australia NST, Adelaide Adrenaline, Adelaide Generals, and participate in the NHSL. The Premier competition is the highest competition in South Australia with local talent on display.

  • A GRADE


    A non-contact league open to male and female competitors over the age of 15, this is a skilled league which features players who represent Australia on the NSWT, Adelaide Rush, and Adelaide Valkyries.

  • B GRADE


    A non-contact league open to male and female competitors over the age of 15, players are a mixture of ages and talent levels.

  • C GRADE


    A non-contact league open to male and female competitors over the age of 15, players are a mixture of ages and talent levels. The C Grade competition is an excellent progression from the ASL summer competition to Winter League.
